By accessing or using the Doha Properties platform ("Service"), operated by Doha Properties LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doha Properties provides an online platform for browsing, listing, and inquiring about real estate properties in Qatar. Our Service includes AI-powered property scoring, map-based exploration, property listings, and communication tools between buyers and property owners.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Property Listings

Users who list properties represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to list such properties. All listing information must be accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and are not responsible for transactions between users.

5. AI Deal Scoring

Our AI Deal Score is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or real estate advice. Scores are algorithmically generated and may not reflect actual market conditions. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any property decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Doha Properties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doha Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
